Personal Data Protection
If you are my customer, newsletter subscriber, or website visitor, you are entrusting me with your personal data. I am responsible for its protection and security. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the principles of personal data protection, as well as your rights under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Who is the Data Controller?
I am Marie Wysogladová, born on March 3, 1981, in Ostrava, permanently residing at Luční 2600/68, Brno 616 00. I operate the websites zenskazalezitost.cz and mariemiranlaja.cz.
I process your personal data as a controller, which means I determine how your personal data will be processed, for what purpose, for how long, and I may select other processors who will assist me with the processing.
Contact Information
If you need to contact me regarding your personal data at any time during the processing, you can reach me at: info@mariemiranlaja.cz
I declare that, as the controller of your personal data, I comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. Specifically, I undertake that:
- I will process your personal data based only on a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or granted consent.
- I fulfill the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before starting to process personal data.
- I will allow you to exercise and support you in exercising your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Scope of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
I process the personal data you provide to me for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
Providing Services and Contract Fulfillment
I need your personal data to fulfill a contract (e.g., providing access to an application, sending an online course, delivering goods). The necessary data includes:
Email, phone number, contact/delivery address.
Accounting
If you are a customer, I need your personal data (billing information) to comply with legal obligations regarding the issuance and recording of tax documents.
Marketing – Sending Newsletters
I use your personal data (email, name), gender, and information about which links you click on in the emails and when you typically open them for direct marketing – sending commercial communications.
If you are my customer, I do this based on legitimate interest, as I reasonably believe you are interested in my updates. I will send these communications for an unlimited period from your last order.
If you are not my customer, I send newsletters only with your consent, again for an unlimited period from the moment you grant it.
In both cases, you can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in every email.
Advanced Marketing Based on Consent
Only with your consent can we send you inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for purposes such as remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook. This processing will continue for up to 15 years from the moment you grant your consent.
Of course, you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the provided contact details.
Photographic Documentation
– Live events, online courses, webinars, seminars, lectures, trainings, etc.
We may collect and retain photographic and video documentation from these activities.
Your personal data will be retained for the duration of statutory limitation periods, unless the law requires a longer retention period or unless a different retention period is specified in a particular case.
Cookies
When you browse my websites, we record your IP address, the length of your visit, and the website from which you arrived.
We consider the use of cookies for website traffic measurement and website customization to be our legitimate interest as the controller, as we believe this helps us offer you even better services.
Cookies for targeted advertising will only be used based on your consent.
It is also possible to browse my websites in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your device at any time.
Security and Personal Data Protection
I protect your personal data to the maximum possible extent using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technological development. I protect your data as if it were my own.
I have adopted and maintain all currently known technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Your personal data may be accessed by my employees and collaborators.
For certain processing operations that I cannot handle on my own, I use the services and applications of processors who can protect your data even better than I can and who specialize in such processing.
These include the providers of the following platforms:
- SmartSelling a.s. (SmartEmailing, MioWeb, FAPI, Simpleshop)
- Accounting service provider
In the future, I may decide to use additional applications or processors to improve and simplify data processing. I assure you that, in such cases, I will place at least the same demands on their level of security and quality of data processing as I do on myself.
Data Transfers Outside the European Union
We process data exclusively within the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of data protection based on a decision of the European Commission.
Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection
In connection with the protection of your personal data, you have a number of rights. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact me at: info@mariemiranlaja.cz.
Right to Information
This right is fulfilled by this privacy policy, which provides you with detailed information about how your personal data is processed.
Right of Access
You can request information from me at any time, and I will provide you, within 60 days, with details of which of your personal data I process and why.
Right to Rectification
If anything changes or you find your personal data to be inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have your data updated or corrected.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You can exercise this right if you believe I am processing inaccurate data, if you believe I am processing your data unlawfully but do not wish for all your data to be erased, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can also limit the scope of personal data or the purposes for which it is processed (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for marketing communications).
Right to Data Portability
If you wish to obtain and transfer your personal data to another controller, I will proceed in the same way as with the right of access – except that I will provide the information in a machine-readable format. For this, I will need at least 62 days.
Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
You also have the right to request the erasure of your personal data. I would prefer not to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to be forgotten. In such cases, I will delete all your personal data from my systems as well as from the systems of all processors and backups. I will need 62 days to fully ensure this right.
Please note that in some cases I am legally required to retain certain data, such as tax documents, for the period specified by law.
In such cases, I will delete all personal data that is not subject to legal retention obligations. You will be notified by email once the deletion is complete.
Right to File a Complaint
If you believe that I am not handling your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint at any time with the Office for Personal Data Protection (the Czech supervisory authority).
I would appreciate it, however, if you would contact me first with any concerns so I can address the issue and correct any potential mistakes.
Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Marketing Communications
If you are my customer, I send you emails with inspiration, articles, products, and services based on my legitimate interest.
If you are not yet my customer, I send such emails only with your consent.
In both cases, you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email.
Confidentiality
I would like to assure you that my employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding your personal data as well as the security measures in place, the disclosure of which could jeopardize the security of your personal data.
This obligation of confidentiality continues even after the termination of our contractual relationships.
Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.
These personal data processing policies have been in effect since May 25, 2018, and replace all previous privacy policies.
